Description

Delph Bank is a small park run by resident owners - Michael and Jennifer and is situated at the end of a tree lined drive in the centre of a village.
The level grassed site is sheltered by mature trees and there are attractive flower and shrub beds around the park.

Set in the heart of the tranquil atmosphere of the Fens, the park is secluded, yet still convenient.

There are two pubs, two tea rooms and a chinese restaurant all within walking distance. The market town of Holbeach is only two miles from the park and has supermarkets, shops, pubs and eating places.
There is a bus service which runs from the village every half hour to Spalding and King’s Lynn.

It is ideally situated for touring the Fens, Lincolnshire/Norfolk coastal resorts of Skegness and Hunstanton.

Also within easy driving distance is Spalding, Boston, Wisbech, King’s Lynn, Peterborough, Ely, Cambridge and Sandringham House and Gardens.

Every year the Spalding Flower Parade takes place (1 May 2010).  The South Holland Church Festival coincides with the Flower Parade, with many churches taking part with beautiful flower displays.  The parade ends up at Springfields, which is also an outlet shopping centre and festival gardens, a visit is recommended.

The Fens are a unique area of the country and are being discovered by more people every year.  The area is criss-crossed with peaceful waterways and cycle routes.  It is dotted with church spires and villages and is a perfect place to recharge your batteries.  Come and discover one of the most unique landscapes in Great Britain and enjoy the open country-side away from the hustle and bustle.  The area around the Wash is filled with wildlife and is a must for walkers and bird watchers.  The Peter Scott Walk is just a short drive from the Park.  For more information visit www.visitthefens.co.uk
